situated in Albemarle County, Virginia, on the north side of Towncenter Drive, containing 4.613
acres, more or less, shown as Parcel G-1, on a plat by Lincoln Surveying, dated December 5,
2011, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle,
Virginia, in Deed Book 4122, Page 323; AND BEING the same property in all respects
conveyed to Willow Glen Albemarle, Inc., a Virginia corporation, by deed from Dickerson
Ridge, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, dated January 30, 2012 and recorded on
February 1, 2012 in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 4128, page 236.
The Property is FURTHER SHOWN on the subdivision plat made a part of this Exhibit A
