Land Use 1. US Route 250, Ivy Road is a primary road and the 20'ft., public drainage easement, should be labeled; dedicated to the Commonwealth of Va. If further information is desired, please contact Willis C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way.
