Although Engineering has no objection, it may be helpful to clarify that several exhibits depict improvements
approved under plan review over a decade ago. Graphic Exhibit (excerpts) identify items included with LOR3.
Remaining improvements shown with Ayers Saint Gross Architects + Planners (4/3/2006; step pools, 48" retaining
wall with barrier, guardrail, etc.) may be disregarded, since not considered with current application, LOR3. LOR3
includes:
1. Installation of 2 crash gates. (Exhibit], locations; Exhibit 2, Gate)
2. Limited grading to install crash gate 1. (Exhibit 3)
(Nearly all grading within roadway prism)
3. Proposed tree removal. (Exhibit 4)
