This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Seed and straw mulch any areas not actively worked and dormant for 7 days or longer Corrective Action: Continue to stabilize dormant areas to inhibit erosion Deficiency: Stabilize any stockpile not in use or any portion of stockpile not a time for seven days or longer Corrective Action: Stabilize all or any portions of that are not worked for 7 days or longer Deficiency: Stabilize any active diversion upon installation Corrective Action: Over seed as needed, include road side ditch along via Florence. Recommend matting roadside ditch Deficiency: Add anti vortex plate to trash rack on basin in phase 2 off via florance Corrective Action: Anyi vortex plate is required for trash rack to function as designed.
