This is your Written Warning in accordance with § 17-900 of the Water Protection Ordinance of
Albemarle County and Section 62.1-44.15:37 of the Virginia Stormwater Management Act.
This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies:
Deficiency: Seed and straw mulch any areas not actively worked and dormant for 7 days or longer
Corrective Action: Continue to stabilize dormant areas to inhibit erosion
Deficiency: Stabilize any stockpile not in use or any portion of stockpile not a time for seven days or
longer
Corrective Action: Stabilize all or any portions of that are not worked for 7 days or longer
Deficiency: Stabilize any active diversion upon installation
Corrective Action: Over seed as needed, include road side ditch along via Florence. Recommend matting
roadside ditch
Deficiency: Add anti vortex plate to trash rack on basin in phase 2 off via florance
Corrective Action: Anyi vortex plate is required for trash rack to function as designed. Option remove
current stormwater rack and install typical mushroom type cap
Deficiency: Over seed as needed

Corrective Action: Current subbase of entrance road is being used as construction entrance, which is
coated with a thin mud layer from tracked equipment, add additional stone or replace current stone

Comments: In general site looks good, see notes above for minor corrections. Also appears that
the silt fence in various locations need to have soil removed. Currently these
locations around the perimeter are acting as a grade retention device and holding
back toe of slope and or creating a vertical wall of soil. There is to be no holding of
soil by the siltfence.
