My recommendation is for the following:
) Add a condition to monitor the water usage and for the applicant to provide a yearly report to the
;ounty. This leaves the applicant the responsibility of self monitoring. All we have to do is verify the
lonthly report at the end of the year.
2) Add a condition to provide pervious pavers. This parcel is wedged between two floodplains and
the feasible site bmp selection is limited. Also note that the Groundwater Management Plan from the
Tier 3 Groundwater Assessment report states, 'the proposed development will attempt to minimize
the degradation of groundwater recharge, and groundwater surface water quality by preserving
existing vegetation where practicable and by implementing stormwater strategies to minimize offsite
runoff."
