State the widths of each road in their labels across all applicable drawings. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. b. Revise the label for Broadway Street. Per recorded plat in DB 4893, pages 401-405, Broadway Street is a 56' wide public access easement, not a private ROW. Show the limits of the easement across all applicable drawings. See attached email correspondence with VDOT staff for reference. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Please show the limits of the public access easement for Broadway Street on all applicable sheets. See Engineering comment #8. 2. [14-302 (A)(4), 14-302 (A)(5), and 14-303 (L)] Please show all existing easements and state their recorded instrument number. State the easement type, width, and whether the easement is public or private. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Labels for existing easements do not state recorded instrument numbers on Sheet 2, please revise. 3. [14-302 (A)(11)] Please revise the "Recorded Deeds" note on Sheet 1 so that it states "Recorded Instruments." Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. The Recorded Instruments note has been removed from Sheet 1, please add this back. a. Please revise the instrument state in the property labels. The plat states that the most recent recorded instrument is DB 4796 page 325. However, the most recent instrument is DB 5256 page 213 according to Albemarle County GIS. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 4. 114-302 (A)(14)1 Please state the acreage of all new public easements. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 5. [14-302 (A)(15] Please state the names and addresses of each owner of record and holders of any easements affecting the properly. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Applicant comment response letter states that this information was added to the Recorded Instruments table. However, that table was removed from the plat (see comment #3 above). Please add the table back and include this information. 6. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Rev. 1: Comment stands. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please revise the zoning notes as follows: a. Revise note 3 so that it states that the property is zoned LI Light Industry. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 8. [14-303 (E)] Please provide all linear, angular, and curvilinear dimensions of lots, streets, alleys, public easements and private easements and shared driveways shall conform to the requirements set forth in 18 VAC 10-20- 370(C), a copy of which shall be on file in the department of community development. Curvilinear data shall include radius, central angle, arc length, and tangent distances and may be shown either directly on the corresponding boundary or surveyed line or in table form.
