Below are detailed responses to the remaining comments. The applicant kindly requests you review this information and forward this letter and the plans to VDOT for their review and approval. Engineering (Emily Cox) 1. This comment is acknowledged. WPO 201900027 plan approval is required prior to this plan's approval. ' — "---ents previously addressed, or will be addressed with the WPO plan. VDOT (Max Greene) 1. a. Albemarle County is currently reviewing a CLMOR for the floodplain alteration. b. Albemarle County is currently reviewing the CLMOR for the floodplain alteration. The HEC-RAS analysis report concludes that the proposed connector road will be adequately protected from flooding. Additional comments from S&B to be addressed prior to acceptance into the State inventory c. i.Two labels, boxed in the center portion of sheet 3, label the 'Proposed Public VDOT Right -of -Way'. ii. A boxed 'Culvert Note' in bold in the upper right portion of page 3 has been added to sheet 3. The boxed culvert note reads The VDOT minimum standards have been followed for the proposed box culvert design, through the box culvert will be precast'. III. The shop drawings (provided by others) have been corrected to match Collins Engineering's plans. iv. The 'Culvert Note' referenced above is also shown on sheet 5. v. An easement plat has been submitted for the proposed right-of-way. 5. This letter has been provided to address this comment.
