[14-302(A)] Please indicate whether the 15' trail easement is private or public and please identify the owner. 2. [14-310 & 14-4001 Under the County Zoning Ordinance definition of a building site (Section 18-4.2.2 (a)), building site must measure a minimum of 30,000 sq. ft. and include adequate area for locating two subsurface drainfields approved by the Virginia Department of Health. Due to the proximity of the house to the new proposed property line, additional information is needed to verify that the VDH approved drainfields will be located on the same parcel as the house (revised TMP 0 1700-00-00- 03 5F 1). Please show the building site on the plat and show the location of the drainfields. VDH approval may be required prior to final plat approval depending on the location of the existing/proposed drainfields.
