In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following revisions are required: 19. [32.5.2(k) & 32.6.2(e)] Submit an easement and a deed of easement and plat for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement for review. County Attorney's approval will be required prior to approval of the Major Site Plan Amendment. Rev. 3: Comment not yet fully addressed. Submit an easement plat and a deed of easement for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement for review. County Attorney's approval will be required prior to approval of the Major Site Plan Amendment. Rev. 4: Comment not fully addressed. An easement plat was submitted, but administratively denied. Address the items specified in the denial letter and then submit a new easement plat. Ensure the deed of easement for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement is also submitted with the plat for review. County Attorney's approval will be required prior to approval of the Major Site Plan Amendment. The easement plat for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement must be approved, recorded, and the recordation receipt provided to the planning reviewer prior to approval of the site plan. Rev. 5: Comments not vet fully addressed. Revise the labels for the proposed drainage easement on sheets C-202 and C-203 to state "New" instead of "Relocated". Since the existing easement is no lonaer being "Vacated" the proposed easement is lust beina added, it is not relocated Pagel of 2 33. This calculation has not been revised to what is currently proposed. Rev. 5: Comments not vet fully addressed. In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised major site plan amendment to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer. Please show mill and overlay on plans in accordance with WP-2. Also please add the detail to the plans. 2. The mill and overlay will require work to the centerline, so flagging operations will be necessary. Please provide MOT plan in Accordance with Virginia Work Area Protection Manual. 3. Please provide post -development drainage calculations, were not provided in plan set. 4. Note that the final site plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices B (1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations or other requirements.
