Dear Miss White;
Enclosed you will find a brochure giving the history
and philosophy of Camp Holiday Trails and explaining the
program activities, both recreational and medical.
Grigg, Wood, Browne, & Williams will be forwarding
to you copies of the site plan with the locations of all the
buildings, roads, lakes and recreational facilities.
The facilities are being developed for year round use,
however, winter groups using the facilities are somewhat
smaller. The maximum capacity of the camp is expected to
be 84 campers, 12 Junior Counselors, 24 Senior Counselors,
and 6 Administrative staff members. All facilities will be
built to keep these people in residence.
I will plan to attend the Planning Department meeting
to give the information and a presentation on our program,
Sincerely,
harles R, -A"ckenbom
