The mission of Grow Oyster Reefs, LLC is the research, design, and fabrication of artificial substrate for the underwater growth of corals and oysters. To answer the specific questions raised; • NOISE: Our operation will not create noise above the level described in Chapter 18, §4.14.1 and §4.18 of the Albemarle County Code. There is very little noise in our production. We use an occasional power screw driver and hand saw. • VIBRATION: Our operations will create no vibrations as described in Chapter 18, §4.14.2 of the Albemarle County Code. Nothing in our production moves in such a way as to cause vibration. • GLARE: Our operations will create no glare as described in Chapter 18, §4.14.3 of the Albemarle County Code. The only light generated in our space will be from standard light fixtures. • HEAT: Our operations will not create or discharge heat in excess of the limits described in Chapter 18, §4.14.3 of the Albemarle County Code. Other than HVAC, we do not use heat in our business. • ELECTRICAL DISTURBANCES: Our operations will create no electrical disturbance as described in Chapter 18, §4.14.4 of the Albemarle County Code. The showroom is not for the public and is a fancy description for the entry/office/conference room and my office - it is not open to the public. It is 330 square feet and is located in the front of the space. We are not building out anything in the space nor are we hanging a sign at this time.
