Install trash rack & cleanout any debris at bottom orifice. Refer to detail on sheet C5.3. provide photos once done. See attached picture. Debris cleaned out and "trash rack" installed on upstream side of orifice. 2. Remove leaves & debris that appear to be clogging grate inlet STM 30. ovide photos ji,uu uu„m See attached picture. Grate was removed and debris was removed from structure. 3. Pipe video & reports: a. I could not identify the pipe runs based on the naming (i.e. Storm 1, Storm 2, etc.). See attached plan excerpt with storm lines labeled for corresponding CCTV. It appears that some manhole number were reversed in the GraniteNet software, but the Storm line numbers are accurate. b. Pipes were reported to be 30", 36" & 15" height. Are these accurate measures of the pipe diameters? 30" diameter pipes are not on the as-builts. Sizes have been verified and match approved plan and as -built plan. Sizes noted on Storm naming sheet as well. Our CCTV operator inputted assumed sizes from CCTV and that is the discrepancy. He did not enter the confined space to measure during CCTV. He is also use to conducting CCTV on 8"42" sanitary sewer and does not normally see 36" and 42" pipe. Let me know if there is anything else needed to close out tis project and release the bond. AlexanderJ. Morrison, P.E.
