misinterpreted. Recommend revise plat title to limit confusion.
2. Provide Note that steep slopes exist on T.M. 60-25A (Revised Lot A).
3. Provide floodplain Note. Please ref. FIS /FIRM Eff. date May 16, 2016consistent with 18-30.3.2.
4. Recommend provide ref. to associated plan, WP0202000030 given intersecting easement types.

5. Please revise to delineate separate Easements:
a. New variable width public SWM Facility and Access (NNIW below).
b. New variable width private Drainage (upstream of pre-treatment /dry detention, Maroon).
c. New 20' private drainage (CSX to SWM Facility — _, below).
d. New 20' Public Drainage (yellow).
e. Provide /revise easement labels.
f. Revise legend to list distinct easement types.
Note: Additional courses along CL may be required, but no change to Ex. labeling is requested.
6. Recommend extend L9 to 603.37' exterior boundary, plat is accurate but hatching and L9 linetype appear
to indicate a break in L9, though it is relatively clear that none exists (blue circle, below).
