The proposed entrance should be spaced from the railroad gravel access road according to Table 2-2 of Appendix F of the Road Design Manual. 2. The proposed entrance should be aligned with the entrance to Ivy Nursery, Inc. (across Broomley Rd.) as described in Section 4 and shown in Figure 4-6, both of Appendix F of the Road Design Manual. 3. Note that the final plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices 13(1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations or other requirements. Please provide a digital copy in PDF format of the revised plan along with a comment response letter. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
