1. [32.5.2 (a)] Add "Entrance Corridor, Airport Impact Area, and Steep Slopes — Managed" to the site
statistics on the cover sheet. Please clarify that they are "Steep Slopes — Managed."
Response: Site statistics on cover sheet updated to reflect "Steep Slopes — Managed" is an
applicable overlay district.
2. [32.5.2 (d)] Show and label all areas of Managed Steep Slopes on the site plan. Identify the source
used to locate areas of Managed Steep Slopes. Clarify the label on Sheet CV-101 to identify these
slopes as Managed Steep Slopes.
Response: Label clarified on sheet CV-101, identifying the areas as "Steep Slopes -Managed".
3. [32.7.5.3] Prior to final site plan approval, the applicant must submit an easement application for
review that shows all proposed ACSA water and sewer easements. The plat must be approved by
the County and recorded prior to final site plan approval. The final site plan will need to be updated to
state the deed book and page number of the recorded instruments associated with all new
easements. Comment has been addressed pending ACSA approval/comment.
Response: Comment noted. Plat will be submitted under separate cover and will be recorded
prior to plan approval.
4. [32.7.5.4] If any new easements for cable or public service utilities are needed, please include
these on the easement plat mentioned in comment #3 above

5. [32.7.9.4(b)(2)] Please have the owner or contract purchaser sign the conservation checklist on
Sheet CP-101.
Response: Conservation checklist signed and included on sheet CPA01 as requested.

6. [General Comment] The label for "10 Po" on the landscaping plan (Sheet CP-101) should be
corrected to 9. There is a total of 15 of these shrubs on the site, a string of 9 (not 10) and a string of
6.
Response: Label on sheet CP-101 updated as requested.
Engineering Services
1. A VSMP plan will need to be submitted and approved prior to Final Site Plan approval. Review of
the VSMP plan may generate additional comments on the Final Site Plan.
Response: Comment noted.
Service Authority
1. Relocate proposed tap outside of concrete sidewalk.
Response: Proposed tap relocated to outside of the concrete sidewalk as requested.
2. Proposed sewer lateral is a 6" tying into an existing 4". The existing 4" lateral will need to be
abandoned, if a 6" lateral is needed.
Response: Sheet CV-102 updated to indicate the 4" lateral will be abandoned and capped at
main. 6" lateral connected from proposed building to existing sanitary sewer line using a
saddle connection.
3. Pressures in this area are high. A PRV will be needed for the car wash.
Response: Callout added to sheet CU-101 indicating a 2" PRV will need to be installed within
the building.
4. Provide desired flow rate, to confirm water meter size.
Response: Carwash additional water demand calculations added to sheet CU-502. Desired
flow rate and calculations included on sheet CU-502.
5. Include TD-11 "Typical Service Tap Abandonment' detail.
Response: TD-11 "Typical Service Tap Abandonment' detail added to sheet CU-501 as
requested.
Architectural Review Board (ARB)
1. Review pending an ARB final site plan submittal.
