THE NORTHEASTERN PORTION OF THE POND BOTTOM AND THE EASTERN 2:1 POND UPLAND SLOPE WAS LOCATED IN CUT WITH DEPTHS OF UP TO 30. SIGNIFICANT ROCK WAS ENCOUNTERED IN THESE LOCATIONS AT THE POND ELEVATIONS, WHICH WAS FAIRLY HARD ROCK, BUT WAS ALSO FAIRLY RIPPABLE. THE CONTRACTOR RIPPED AS MUCH OF THE ROCK AS FEASIBLE USING A HOE RAM BUT ENCOUNTERED REFUSAL AT BEDROCK. FOR THIS REASON, THE PROVIDED POND VOLUME IS APPROXIMATELY 90% OF THE ORIGINALLY APPROVE PLANS. THE PERMANENT POOL HAS BEEN LOWERED AND THE OUTLET STRUCTURES HAVE BEEN UPDATED SO THAT THE STORMWATER FACILITY PERFORMS WITH THE INTENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPROVED PLANS AND CALCULATIONS. PLEASE SEE SHEET 14 FOR THE UPDATED DESIGN DETAILS AND THE H&H CALCULATIONS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL APPROVED PLAN. a o 2 CV W CQ Z ZaO° O >O 0 'K WZ r ^ /1 O W JJ ¢, CC W Q W w Oy Q Q 00 Qi W y 2 oc O M O N Q'A y, WO O' o, OQ o rr J- y a<¢ 4 W W Ln y, Qy Ho Z uj w Z oWa REVISIONS VSMP AMENDMENT MAY 24, 2018 EROSION STABILIZATION AREA ADDED AUG. 22, 2018 COUNTY COMMENTS SEPT. 17, 2018 COUNTY COMMENTS OCT. 2, 2018 VSMP AMENDMENT FEB 19, 2021 DATE APR. 17, 2014 SCALE AS SHOWN O ~ z_ z tr J Y z 0- z O0 W I1J m w Q W U m Ir 0 Q a W w p o U QFr Q C) Q z > U FILE NUMBER 12.0065 A SHEET SWi First interconnection to gro0du a tist Church In occordangce with proffer #3 1 1 DB 4712 PG 1 4 Class A 1 g DB 4732 P 10' Trail 30' Access \ \ Easement SWM Maintenance Easem tit \ 56% 4 \ oi & DB 4732 PG 678 1 MATCH EXISTING RIP RAP end SYMi l l / / / , . \ 10Priv< erhept / / / / / To Broat \\ \I & B\43G1104 / / / / / / // /,\ DB 36E p Cn 1 I I I I I I I I I I I / \ o x ll/ll l+ of 1 ll/// yD0 IIII ' IIII 11 /ll ll //l'llii I '' B IIII III I I l I I I II I /l !l 60" RCP Riser I I j 11 l I l q!
