We are seeking approval of an amendment with respect to Phase 2 of the project to permit development as an apartment community rather than as single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums; the amendment would permit a higher density than the current plan permits. This proposed project is located on Dickerson Road (State Route 606) across from the eastern boundary of the Charlottesville - Albemarle Airport. The subject property comprises Tax Map parcels 32-49F, 32-491, and 32- 49J. To help prevent the transmission of COVID-19, we invite you to ask questions and share comments about the proposed project, County review procedures, and relevant regulations and policies of the County applicable to the proposed project at a virtual community meeting. The virtual meeting will be held through an online video stream on Thursday, March 11, 2021 during the regular Places29 North Community Advisory Committee meeting, which begins at 6:00 p.m. There are several ways that you can learn more about this project, share your comments, or ask questions about this proposal: 1.
