[14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. The zoning of TMP 77-8A shall be revised to also include Entrance Corridor, and ZMA1996-2 & ZMA1990-18 with proffers. Also, ensure the portion being transferred to TMP 77-8C remain labeled "HC zoning, Entrance Corridor, and ZMA1996-2 and ZMA1990-18 with proffers". Rev 1. Comment not correctly executed. Revise as follows: "TMP 77-8A is zoned HC and EC and is subiect to ZM41996-2 and ZMA1990-18 with proffers. Portion desienated as Parcel B is Zoned LI and EC. " 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. The zoning of TMP 77-SC shall be revised to also include Entrance Corridor. Also, ensure the portions being transferred to TMP 77-8A remain labeled as "LI zoning & Entrance Corridor". Rev 1. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. On the cover sheet rep ise the magisterial district to be Scottsville District. Rev 1. Comment addressed. 4. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. ZMA1996-2 has an additional setback listed, please add the following note to the plat for this zoning: "Minimum setbacks for all buildings will be 40' from the property lines bordering both roads. " Rev 1. Comment addressed. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
