The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302A] Provide the width of Browns Gap Turnpike and include the recorded instrument number as a
label or callout on Sheet 2.
2. [14-302A] Provide a reference to the plat recorded in Deed Book 641 page 433 under TMP 41-21B on Sheet
2.
3. [14-302A] Note number 2 indicates that TMP 41-21 has four development rights, however, based on deed
book research it appears the property has five. TMP 41-21A, B, and C were all subdivided from this parent
tract prior to December 10, 1980 and the only other subdivision Staff found (Deed Book 1854 page 412)
explicitly says no development rights are affected by the division. Please update this note to indicate TMP
41-21 has five development rights or provide me with the evidence to why it only has four.
