[14-302 (A)(4), 14-302 (A)(5), and 14-303 (L)] It appears the Valvoline Easement Plat (recorded in Deed Book 5474 page 429) was recorded after this Plat was created. Please update the Plat to show all existing easements and state their recorded instrument number.
