LLC - Easement plat The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A)2] The vicinity map shall be revised to be at a scale of 1-inch equals 2,000 feet. Rev 1. Comment addressed. 2. [Comment] The proposed 10' public drainage easement doesn't match what is depicted on the site plan. Specifically, on the western portion of the property. See attached sheet from the site plan. Rev 1. Comment addressed. Per the applicant the site plan and the WPO plan that we last reviewed has changed to match the easement Plat. 3. [Comment] Prior to final plat approval ACSA and Engineering shall approve the plat. Review comments from Engineering and ACSA are pending, to be forwarded once received. Rev 1. Comment still relevant. Revisions have been sent to the various reviewers. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
