1. Plat title appears indicates easement location on CSX Transportation, Inc. (Railway), which may be
misinterpreted. Recommend revise plat title to limit confusion. (Rev. 1) Withdrawn. Recommendation
not accepted. Applicant response (email, 3/l/2021 9:11 AM): `The title of the plat is not confusing. The
property is located on U.S. Route 250 (Ivy Road) and CSX Transportation, Inc. (Railway).'
2. Provide Note that steep slopes exist on T.M. 60-25A (Revised Lot A). (Rev. 1) Withdrawn. Review error.

3. Provide floodplain Note. Please ref. FIS /FIRM Eff. date May 16, 2016, consistent with 18-30.3.2. (Rev. 1)
Withdrawn /review error. Notation is not required, per 14-302(B)(9), since 18-30.3, flood hazard overlay
district, does not apply to any portion of the site.
4. Recommend provide ref to associated plan, WP0202000030, given intersecting easement types. (Rev. 1)

5. Please revise to delineate separate Easements:
a. New variable width public SWM Facility and Access (—, below).
b. New variable width private Drainage (upstream of pre-treatment /dry detention, Maroon).
c. New 20' private drainage C( SX to SWM Facility — �, below).
d. New 20' Public Drainage ).
e. Provide /revise easement labels.
f. Revise legend to list distinct easement types.
Note: Additional courses along CL may be required, but no change to Ex. labeling is requested.
6. Recommend extend L9 to 603.37' exterior boundary, plat is accurate but hatching and L9 linetype appear
to indicate a break in L9, though it is relatively clear that none exists (blue circle, below). (Rev.1)
