[14-302 (A)(4), 14-302 (A)(S), and 14-303 (L)] Please show all existing easements and state their recorded instrument number across each property affected by this plat. State the easement type, width, and whether the easement is public or private. RESPONSE — UPDATED PLAT, SEE NOTE 12. 2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Please state the names and addresses of all holders of any easements affecting the property. RESPONSE — UPDATED PLAT, SEE NOTE 12. 3. [14-302 (13)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. RESPONE — UPDATED PLAT. 4. [14-302 (13)(7)] Revise Note #6 on Sheet VI: "The property is within the Lickinghole Creek Water Supply Watershed." RESPONSE — UPDATED NOTE. 5. [14-302 (13)(9)] Regarding Note 43 on Sheet VI -Albemarle County GIS shows 100-year floodplain within this parcel. The limits of the 100-year floodplain are also shown on Sheet V2. This means that at least a portion of TMP 56-115 is located outside of Zone X. Please clarify whether the property is within the 100 year floodplain and revise Note #3 as necessary. RESPONSE — UPDATED NOTE, ADDED LABELS TO SHEET V2. 6. [14-302 (13)(10)] Please add a note to Sheet VI stating "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Revise the 100' stream buffer label on Sheet V2 so that it states " 100' WPO stream buffer." RESPONSE — UPDATED PLAT, SEE LABELS ON SHEET V2. 7. [14-302 (B)(S)] Please revise Note 5 on Sheet VI so that it states TMP 56-115 is subject to SP201900002. RESPONSE — UPDATED NOTE. 8. [14-303 (L)] Please identify the location and dimensions of each public utility, drainage and sight distance easement outside of a street right -of- way; for each existing easement, include a note stating the deed book and page number. RESPONSE — UPDATED PLAT, SEE NOTE 12. Per Emily Cox, 1. [Cover Sheet] Note 43 appears to be incorrect. This area goes through the floodway/floodplain and is not zone X. RESONSE — UPDATED PLAT, SEE COMMENT 5 ABOVE. 2. The stream buffer should be shown and should have the following note, "The stream buffer shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance ."
