The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments, and those provided by other Site Review Committee, SRC, members, have been satisfactorily addressed. The
following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or
eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-302(B)(1)] Resubmission. Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s)
of each subsequent version of the plat. Rev. 1: Comment still applies as additional revisions are needed to the plat.
2. [Rev. 1 Comment] I17when this easement plat is approved, please send the recordation information or receipt to staff,
This information will be forwarded to the County Facilities Planning & Construction group to support ongoing
corridor improvement projects along Ivy Road.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Timmons Group, dated
December 07, 2020, and offer the following comment.
Land Use
1. US Route 250, Ivy Road is a primary road and the variable width, public drainage
easement, should be labeled; dedicated to the Commonwealth of Va.
2. For clarification all public easements or dedicated right of way on primary roads need to
be labeled; dedicated to the Commonwealth of Va.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process.
