The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat. Rev. 1: Comment still applies as additional revisions are needed to the plat. 2. Land Use 1. US Route 250, Ivy Road is a primary road and the variable width, public drainage easement, should be labeled; dedicated to the Commonwealth of Va. 2. For clarification all public easements or dedicated right of way on primary roads need to be labeled; dedicated to the Commonwealth of Va. If further information is desired, please contact Willis C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way.
