Dear Ms. Schweller,
On February 17, 2021, the Board of Supervisors took action on your Special Exception on Tax Map
Parcel Number 061 M0000000600 in the Rio District. The Special Exception was approved by the Board's
adoption of the attached Resolution.
Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the
project noted above, no uses on the property may lawfully begin until all applicable approvals
have been received and conditions have been met. This includes:
• compliance with the approved SPECIAL EXCEPTION;
• approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN; and
• approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE.

RESOLUTION TO APPROVE
SE202000023 PREMIER CIRCLE
NOW BE IT RESOLVED that, upon consideration of the staff reports prepared in conjunction with
the special exception request and the attachments thereto, including staffs supporting analysis, all of the
comments received, and all of the factors relevant to the special exception in Albemarle County Code §§ 18-
20A.8(a) and 18-33.49, the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors hereby approves SE202000023 Premier
Circle to allow for one housing type in the development.
