To whom it may concern,
This letter is to request a revision to the aforementioned site plan for the property
commonly known as Southside Shopping Center located at 32 Mill Creek Drive,
Charlottesville, VA.
Our firm has been contracted by EVgo, Inc. to provide construction services to
provide and install two electric vehicle (EV) chargers in the parking lot directly west
of the shopping center building (see attached site plan). The EV parking stalls will
be open to shopping center customers and the public at large for vehicle charging.
Current parking lot count will be reduced by one vehicle stall in order to
accommodate ADA parking requirements for the EV stalls.
