Subject: SUB202100018 Airport Auto Combined — BLA and Easement Plat
1. [14-302(A)(1)] Name of subdivision. Revise the name of the plat to include the creation of, and vacation
of, easements. *Plat Name Has been Revised. *
2. [14-302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Revise the labels for the existing streets to include not only the
route number but also the names of the two streets. Also, add the "width" to the label for Route 29.

3. [14-302(A)(4)] Private Easements. A conservation easement is proposed with this plat. Provide the draft
deed of easement for review and approval. *This is an owner comment and has been brought to the
attention of the owner. *
4. [14-302(A)(5)] Public Easements. The existing easements for Sprint/Centel and VA Power are shown as
being vacated on this plat. Address the following:
a. Ensure that the easement plat and the site plan are consistent. This vacation is not shown in the site
plan. *This is a site plan comment and has been brought to the attention of the planner. *
b. A deed of vacation will be required to be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to the approval of
this plat. *This is an owner comment and has been brought to the attention of the owner. *
c. The Deed of Vacation must be recorded with the plat. *This is an owner comment and has been
brought to the attention of the owner. *
5. [34-302(A)(5)] Public Easements. Stormwater Drainage Easements are proposed with this plat. Work with
Engineering on any required documents for the stormwater drainage easement and stormwater
agreement. Engineering will be the primary reviewer for the stormwater drainage easements and
documents. All documents will be required to be recorded with or prior to approval of the plat.

6. [34-302(A)(5)] Public Easements. Work with ACSA in reference to the deed that they will require for the
proposed Public Utility Easement for the water lines. *This is an owner comment and has been brought
to the attention of the owner. *
7. [34-302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Revise the source of title data on
the coversheet to include the instrument deed book and page number information. In this submission
"???" are provided in place of this information.

8. [34-302(A)(15)] Identification of all owners and certain interest holders. As noted in a letter provided
with the submission, this plat does not show the current owners of all three parcels. This information
must be updated and correct prior to approval of the plat.

9. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent to division. Revise the consent to division statement to include all that
is being done with this plat. In addition to the combination of the parcels this plat shown the creation and
vacation of easements. Also, please note, if there will be more than one owner at the time of the approval
of the plat then there must be one consent to division for each owner. *Statement of consent to division
reflects current plat title. *
10. [14-303(0)] Signature Panels. Revise the signature panels to have one for each owner, and show the
correct owner(s), prior to approval of the plat. *Signature panel reflects current owner. *
11. [14-303(0)] Water Supply. There are three different notes on the coversheet for the water and sewer
jurisdictional area. Remove this redundancy. *Redundant notes have been removed. *
12. [Comment] On the coversheet there are a few places where the text is very light grey. Ensure all text is
readable and dark enough to be seen once scanned and copied. *Faded text has been darkened and
reflects current owner. *
13. [Comment] Comments from ACSA and Engineering are still pending. Comments from the other reviewers
will be forwarded to you when available and must be addressed prior to plat approval. *Engineering plat
comments have been addressed. * I currently have no ACSA comments.
