Parcel A-8 (Wood Tract) That parcel, situated in the Rivanna Magisterial District approxi-I mately one-half mile southeast of Gilbert Station, consisting of'211.8 acres (being formerly described as 179 acres, more or less) fronting on the southwes side of State Route #640, said tract being fully shown and described on a plat of T. W. and Paul M. Saunders, Certified Surveyors, dated September 1958, whi plat is recorded with and made a part of this deed. This is the same property as that conveyed to Barnes Lumber Corporation by deed of H. S. C. Peyton, et al, dated September 21, 1956, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit ICourt of said County in D. B. 327, P. 592. The foregoing property is conveyed with all improvements thereon and together with all appurtenant rights of way, rights and privileges. The foregoing property is conveyed subject to any and all rights of way, easements and other rights, enuring to the benefit of third parties, as such matters may be reflected by the records, by notations on recorded ;plats or which may have been acquired by adverse possession or prescription. This conveyance was duly authorized on December 15, 1961, by the !Board of Directors of the Barnes Lumber Corporation at a meeting properly Iconvened.
