Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§ 17- 208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon re -inspection.
