CARR - BLA - DIGITAL The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A) and 18-4.2.2] Please show the location of the drainfields for 2112 Saddle Hollow Rd to ensure compliance with the building site requirements of Section 18-4.2. 2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Albemarle County GIS identifies two separate TMPs here — TMP 39-12 and 39-12A. TMP 39-12A is owned by American Towers LLC. Please provide additional information on this; are there two separate parcels here i.e. condominium? a. [14-302 (A)(15)] If so, please add a note stating the owner name, TMP numbers, and include a reference to the instrument that created TMP 39-12A. 3. [14-302(B)(10)] Please show the locations of the stream buffer required by the water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 4. [14-302(B)(7)] Please revise Note G. According to Albemarle County GIS Data, these properties are located in the Lickinghole Creek and Beaver Creek Reservoir Water Supply Watershed.
