that you will need to get Virginia Outdoor Foundation's signature as well. Please advise.

The conservation easement in this case is held by the Virginia Outdoors Foundation. (As an aside, many plats I've seen
for easement properties will identify the holder and even give the deed book reference for the deed of easement.)
There are two options for reviewing plats on easement properties, depending on the holder:

1. If the easement is held by the County and/or by the Albemarle Conservation Easement Authority, I should be
included as a reviewer. Usually, I will work with Richie Deloria to determine what is permitted under the
easement and what (if any) process needs to be followed to get necessary holder permissions.
2. If the easement is held by a non -County entity (like VOF), then the review coordinator can contact the holding
agency and give them an opportunity to comment. We can't enforce the terms of another body's easements,
but we can give the holder an opportunity to get involved and exercise their rights over the property as
necessary. (Another aside — we have automated notification a -mails that go out once a week to alert other
holders to new applications on their easement properties.) I have a list of contacts for the holders that operate
in the County and can help the review coordinators to make contact as needed — but County staff doesn't have a
role as a reviewer based on other entities' easements. (When it comes down to it, we might not be able to deny
a plat that violates another holder's easement — but we can serve a less regulatory role by connecting holders
and landowners and getting them to work out any conflicts, rather than just approving the plat and creating a
more difficult legal situation.)

The conservation easement in this case is held by the Virginia Outdoors Foundation. (As an aside, many plats I've seen
for easement properties will identify the holder and even give the deed book reference for the deed of easement.)
There are two options for reviewing plats on easement properties, depending on the holder:
1. If the easement is held by the County and/or by the Albemarle Conservation Easement Authority, I should be
