FOR SE202000029 2231 SEMINOLE LANE DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW
BE IT RESOLVED that,upon consideration of the Memorandum prepared in conjunction with the
application and the attachments thereto, including staffs supporting analysis,and all of the factors relevant
to the special exception in Albemarle County Code §§ 18-5.1(a)and 18-5.1.60(d),the Albemarle County
Board of Supervisors hereby approves the special exception to allow the drive-through window associated
with SE202000029 to operate from no earlier than 5:30 a.m.to no later than 10:00 p.m.,subject to the
