Updated As-builts for final condition or letter that nothing has changed since the as-builts dated 5/15/2020. 5. Any remaining reports for surface/top coat, etc. No surface mix testing was provided for Archer and Stella. Please note that surface coat has not been reduced since construction vehicles are still traversing the area and reports were not sent. 6. On -site inspection by county engineering, which may result in requested changes to fix deficiencies before final bond release. 7. Address drainage issue at entrance of Stella near Route 29 as discussed on site visit.
