Thank you for your comments dated March 18, 2021 on the above referenced project. Please see the detailed responses below describing
how the remaining comments were addressed.
A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
1. The areas have been updated to reflect a phase I total area of 15.51 acres (13.15 ac. onsite + 2.36 ac. offsite).
2. The form has been updated to address this comment.
B. Pollutior -ntion P ^P)
1. Cc add
C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
1-2 Ca
3. The FDP Plan number will be provided prior to final approval.
4-13.Cc
14. It is acknowledged that this issue will be required to be resolved prior to plan approval.
15. The water quality calculations have been updated to include the additional 2.36 acres noted above in comment A.1 and its
0.18lbs/yr of phosphorous nutrient credits purchase. This update is shown on sheet 16 and in the water quality calculations
portion of the attached report. Please note, a revised and sealed cover sheet was added to the report as well.
16. The 0.27 Ibs/yr of phosphorous nutrient credits purchased for the vacation of an existing/offsite SWM Forest and Open
Space Easement have been removed from the computations. A note referencing this has been added to the 'Pleasant Green
Water Quality Master Plan' summary shown on sheet 16 and within the water quality portion of the calculations packet.
17. The sentence referenced in this comment has been removed from sheet 1.
18. Sheets 22, 23 and 24 have been added to the plans. In a March 23'd conference call it was determined the most important
part of these sheets is the depiction of the SWM Forest & Open Space easements and their acreages. These easements and
areas are shown on sheets 22-24 and the easements include a cross -hatch pattern. Also per this conference call, the
conservation area below Level Spreader'C' was revised and is now simply shown within the proposed SWM access and
maintenance easement. It was determined in the March 231d conference call that the filter strip areas and conservation area
should be located within the proposed stormwater management access and maintenance easements and they do not
require separate easements. And lastly, the'SWM Forest & Open Space Easement Notes' have been added to sheet 22 in the
bottom -left corner of the page.
D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESOP)
1-11.Co
12. The ESC sheets' labels have been revised to specify specific sheet numbers instead of simply stating 'See SWM Sheets' for
details.
E. Mitigation Plan
2. The mitigation plan has been updated on sheet 21 to show and label the inner 50' of the 100' buffer. Please note, the level
spreaders, filter strips and conservation area in question are not located within the inner 50'.
