Dear Richard,
Thank you for your review of the major site plan amendment for Brady Bushey Ford. This letter contains
responses to County comments dated March 23, 2021.Our responses are as follows:
1. Submit 3 hard copies and water/sewer data sheets for review and approval.
RESPONSE: 3 hard copies will be submitted to ACSA.

3. Sheet C5: Adjust water main alignment as shown on PDF.
RESPONSE: Comment received. The water main alignment has been adjusted to be pulled away
from the parking spaces.
4. Call out WA tee and have a 6" reducer afterwards.
RESPONSE: Comment received. Please see the updated utility plan.
5. Shift proposed FHA 2' away from edge of pavement.
RESPONSE: Comment received. Please see the updated utility plan.
6. Labeling is congested behind Building B.
RESPONSE: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The notes have been adjusted for better
legibility.
7. Move FHA closer to the end of island.
RESPONSE: Comment received. Please see the updated utility plan.
8. Sheet C6: One of the proposed trees in a parking island is within the proposed easement. This
may be corrected once the alignment is shifted.
RESPONSE: Comment received. Please see the adjusted water main and ACSA easement and the
revised landscape plan.
9. I will discuss the proposed trees within the ACSA easement along 250 with Pete and Jeremy.
RESPONSE: Thank you, we have received ACSA's approval separately and have provided this
documentation to ARB.
