The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302 (A)(4),14-302 (A)(5), and 14-303 (L)] Please show all existing easements and state their recorded
instrument number. Provide the recorded instrument number for State Route 635, Craigs Store Rd, if
applicable.
2. [Recommendation] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. It is recommended a
private street maintenance agreement be provided for the proposed private street. A template for this
agreement is attached. Please utilize the template and submit the completed agreement.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Roger W. Ray & Assoc., dated
11 February 2021, and find it to be generally acceptable.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
