Hello Jeff,
As it turns out there are two separate businesses that will officially run out of the space, although they both share the
space and are run by the soon to be new owner.
Attached is a copy of the Zoning Clearance that I'll drop by the County with payment tomorrow, Wednesday.
The "approved" zoning clearance best describes the Clinic and the attached describes the Lab.
Do you need the previous application to have Prodia Laboratories' name removed or can you mark the portion of the
application out?

names and it makes it clear which clearance is being worked on and assumed PRODIA LABORATORIES AND
CHARLOTTESVILLE COLLABORATIVE CARE CLINIC was just the full, long name of the business.
