II THIS DEED made this 8 th day of July 1969, by and
I� between - Stuarti R. Wood. Jr. and Margaret E. Wood
hereinafter called the Landowner and THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA, hereinafter called the County,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of $10.00 cash paid
it and other valuable considerations, the Landowner hereby GRANTS
and CONVEYS unto the County the perpetual right and easement
to construct, install and maintain a pipe line, together with

fire hydrants and air valves, for transmission of water in

and upon a certain non-exclusive 25' roadway right of way
i;
leading from the lands of the party of the first part north-
westward to St. Rt. 659, as shown on a plat prepared by Aoo.

William S. Roudabush, Jr., attached to a deed (bau&-r to Wood)
recorded in the clerk's office of the Circut Court of
Albemarle County in D. B. 346, Page 362 and also as described
in a deed (Marshall to Dornigh) recorded in the aforesaid
clerk's office in D. B. 85 Page 65. The said right of way
is as outlined in red on sheet No. 17-5 of plans etc.
Also over a non-exclusive 40' right of way from the lands of
the party of the first part southward to U. S. # 29 recorded

in the aforesaid deed (Lr to Wood) in D. B. 346, Page 362
which right of way is as outlined in red an sheet No. 17-6 etc.
of plans designated as "Albemarle County Water Facilities,
Phase I", dated 6/24/69, prepared by John McNair and Associates,
Consulting Engineers. The easement hereby conveyed is 15 feet
in width. As a part of said easement the County shall also
have the right to enter upon the Landowner's lands for the
purpose of installing, constructing and maintaining said water
line and for making connections thereto.

Whenever it is necessary to excavate earth within
said easement, the County hereby agrees to backfill such
excavation in a proper and workmanlike manner so as to restore
the surface condition as nearly as practicable to the same
condition existing prior to such excavation.

I", dated 6-24-69, prepared by John McNair and Associates,

THIS DEED OF EXCHANGE, made this 29th day of June, 1994 by and
between BRIAN J. McMAHON and STEPHEN K. VON STORCH, parties of the
first part, and STUARD R. WOOD, JR., and MARGARET E. WOOD, husband
and wife, parties of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
In consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), cash in hand paid,
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of all of
which is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part do
hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY with SPECIAL WARRANTY OF
TITLE unto the parties of the second part as tenants by the
entirety with full rights of survivorship as at common law, and not
as tenants in common, all that certain lot or parcel of land lying

and being in Albemarle County, Virginia, and described as Parcel B
containing 8,521.29 square feet on a plat of Thomas B. Lincoln Land
Surveyor, Inc., dated March 22, 1994, said plat attached hereto and
recorded with this instrument; and being a portion of the property
as was conveyed unto the parties of the first part by Deed recorded
in Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County,
Virginia, in Deed Book 713, page 607.
