Thank you for your comments dated March 17, 2021 on the above referenced project. Below are our detailed responses to your

A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
1. Acknowledged. A copy of the DEQ Construction General Permit has been provided.
B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP)

C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)

2. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESOP)
1. The county project number has been added to the cover sheet.
2. The proposed impervious areas are shown on the plan sheet.
3. The plan sheet has been updated and yard inlet locations are now consistently shown with the WPO 201900050
Amendment #1. Also, the requested Swale has been added between lots 26 and 27.
4. Acknowledged.
5. The area associated with this plan is shown and labeled on sheet 3 and is 0.70 acres. This area is located within the
existing/permitted limits of disturbance.
6. The limits of disturbance shown and labeled on sheet 3 match the registration statement and is 9.69 acres. The area
associated with this plan is located within the existing/permitted limits of disturbance.
7. The front roof drains for lots 7-52 will tie directly into the lightly shaded roof/yard drains shown in front of the buildings on
sheet 3. The front roof drains for lots 1-6 will drain to the cul-de-sac. The rear roof drains for lots 1-52 will tie directly into
the lightly shaded roof/yard drains shown behind the buildings on sheet 3. Also, a note has been added in the upper -right
corner of sheet 3 that mandates the Contractor tie the proposed applicable roof drains directly into the roof/yard drains.
8. The plat has not been approved yet, and TMP numbers have not been assigned to the lots.
9. The existing and proposed easements are shown on the plan sheet.
10. The plan set name has been updated to'Berkmar Overlook —Townhouses' to alleviate any confusion between the two
projects.
11. A copy of the DEQ Construction General Permit has been provided.
12. The notes about offsite improvements have been removed.
13. The notes about sediment basin calculations have been removed.
