Below is our comment responses: 1. The reference number FDP201900006 — Pleasant Green, has been added to the documents, as requested. This include the narrative and the application plan. 2. An updated Fish and Wildlife service certification will be forwarded once we receive it. 3. This comment has been removed per the conference call discussion with Frank Pohl and Jeremy Swink. 4. Attached is a copy of the stream permit for the crossing. 5. The project narrative has been updated as followed: a. The narrative has been updated, removing the reference to the fill only affecting the floodplain fringe. b. The zero -rise statement has been updated to indicate a zero -rise on any of the adjacent properties not part of the application. c. This statement has been removed. 6. Included in the narrative are the 5 parcels affected by the change in the BFE. These parcels are also highlighted on the application plan in red. 7. The floodplain in this location has been updated to reflect the grading on these lots at this location. Based on the existing and proposed grading, the new floodplain will not extend into the rear of these lots. This has been clarified on the application plan. 8. The 100 year and 500 year have been added and shown on the profile, as requested. 9. The HEC-RAS files have been emailed to Frank directly. 10. This comment has been removed per the conference call discussion with Frank Pohl and Jeremy Swink. 11. A FDP permit has been submitted separately for the Phase II application. 12.
