Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to address your comments as follows:
1. The courthouse research for these parcels does not indicate that Fairwood Lane was created as a "Private
Street' by the county.
2. A revised date of March 26, 2020 has been added to both sheets of the plat.
3. The plat has been revised to show the approximate location of the cemetery.
4. This is a Boundary Line Adjustment Plat combining the parcels. There are no new lines that require showing
the location of existing buildings.
Please let us know if the revised plat is ready for owners notarized signature and county signature.
