As you follow the email chain, you can see that they will likely make the case that communities like the one they are proposing do not produce that same number of students. The yield rates are a county- wide average and do not take into account age of building, number of bedrooms or value of the property. This development would sent students to Agnor-Hurt, Burley, and Albemarle High.
