Intended use or justification for request:
Re -development of an existing commercial parcel at 1215 Seminole Trail. A Wawa fuel station and convenience store is
proposed. The site development will include a fueling station with canopy and underground storage tanks, a convenience store
with adjacent parking lot, and two drive aisles, one connecting from Seminole Trail and another from Greenbrier Drive.
