2. Title of plat revised to'Two Lot Division" on Sheets 1 and 2.
3. Added a scale to vicinity map on Sheet 1.

5. Removed signature panel for VDOT from Sheet 1.

divided is TMP 02100-00-00-03000. The plat proposes to create one new parcel measuring 3.00 acres. The applicant
provided a soils evaluation report showing the proposed drainfields for the new parcel.
Can you take a look and review this plat and let me know if VDH has any comments?
Please be aware that the plat itself was submitted as paper copies with 2 sheets each measuring 11" x 17." 1 had to
scan them in on a printer that only accepted 8.5" x 11" paper, so it created a 4 sheet PDF. Just wanted to make you
aware of this prior to reviewing it.

Below is a quick little blurb from my CDD inquiry on this item with some DR history.

- Four year holding period is not met (he has only owned it for 2 years, it was his parents and they willed it to him)
- Who do you plan on giving (sister, not a qualifying immediate family member)
I was unable to locate the plat that divided the lots TMP 21-30A and TMP 21-30; however, based on the acreage and the
comparison from the 1979 TMPS the 15 acre parcel retained 3 DR, and the 5 acre parcel TMP 31-30A contains 2 DR.
Thus a division seems doable. He doesn't qualify for a family subdivision, as its for his sister and he has not owned it for
4 years. Additionally, his sister is an owner of the parcel. They do not seem to qualify for a rural subdivision as he doesn't
want to give his sister 5 acres but instead only 3 acres. Thus a 2 lot subdivision seems like what he needs to go for. He
says he already has the application, the plat drafted by David Link, and the soil work. I explained we'll also need VDOT
to review it. And VDH to approve the p/r drainfield locations for both lots.
I gave him our new office hours and told him to make an application, pay the fee, and submit the plat and the soil work.
