On February 17, 2021, the Board of Supervisors took action on your Special Exception on Tax Map Parcel Number
078E0000012600 in the Rlvanna District. The Special Exception was denied by the Board's adoption of the attached
Resolution.

RESOLUTION TO DENY THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION
FOR SE202000024 126 FONTANA COURT (FRAIDOON HOVAIZI) HOME STAY
BE IT RESOLVED that, upon consideration of the Memorandum prepared in conjunction with the
application and the attachments thereto, including staffs supporting analysis, any comments received, and all
of the factors relevant to special exceptions in Albemarle County Code §§ 18-5.1.48 and 18-33.49, the
Albemarle County Board of Supervisors hereby denies the special exception application to modify the
number of guest rooms permitted in a homestay from two to four for SE2020-00024 126 Fontana Court
(Fraidoon Hovaizi) Homestay.

duly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, by a vote of five to one, as
