Thanks for your comments on the Kelvin Parker project.
There is no deed book reference for the 30' Prescriptive Easement along State Route 635.
It was established by the Byrd Acts in the 1930's.
If we reference a 30' prescriptive easement on a State Route, there is no recorded reference. They were all
established by those Byrd Acts.
Our client has decided not to prepare a Private Street Maintenance Agreement.
Please let us know if the plat is ready for owners notarized signatures.

I am reviewing a Family Subdivision (SUB202100041) of TMP 85-41-1. Since they are showing a new 6 acre lot with a 30'
private street easement connecting to State Route 635 1 would like to give VDOT the opportunity to comment if
applicable. Please let me know if you have any comments/concerns about this proposal. I have attached the plat for
