Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat. The plat has been revised as follows: 1. The existing easements with their recorded instrument number are listed in notes 5 and 6. There is no deed book reference for the 30' Prescriptive Easement along State Route 664. It was established by the Byrd Acts in the 1930's. If we reference a 30' prescriptive easement on a State Route, there is no recorded reference. They were all established by those Byrd Acts. 2. The plat has been revised to remove the designated water supply watershed and only state that "according to the Albemarle County GIS website Data this property is located within a water supply watershed".
