Thanks for your comments on the Guthrie Morris and Jordan Shifflett Family Division.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised as follows:
1. The existing easements with their recorded instrument number are listed in notes 5 and 6. There is no
deed book reference for the 30' Prescriptive Easement along State Route 664.
It was established by the Byrd Acts in the 1930's.
If we reference a 30' prescriptive easement on a State Route, there is no recorded reference. They were all
established by those Byrd Acts.
2. The plat has been revised to remove the designated water supply watershed and only state that "according
to the Albemarle County GIS website Data this property is located within a water supply watershed".
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for signatures.

Please see attached approval for onsite septic and well on the subject lot. It does not appear the proposed new lot lines
will conflict with either the proposed drainfield and well site or that of the previously approved sites on the adjacent
parcel, 8-43A (SUB201600137), and I recommend approval of the plat.

It looks like Matt already replied with no objection in CV. This appears to be an existing driveway that includes critical
slopes so no grading is proposed, correct? Also, I think it would be exempt anyway per 18-4.2.6.
Just an FYI, Brenda Loving doesn't review plans for VDOT.

VDOT comment if applicable. The proposed Plat shows two private street easements connecting to State Route 664 and
one of these easements appears to maybe be crossing critical slopes. I would like Engineering to look at these critical
slopes and provide comment and VDOT to review the new entrances, if needed. Please have comments to me by March
