To the County Engineer;
I am writing on behalf of Cville Prep, LLC in regards to our zoning application for space at 1995 Snow
Point Lane. The mission of Cville Prep, LLC is to provide a commercial kitchen to caterers and food truck
operators.
To answer the specific questions raised;
• NOISE: Our operation will not create noise above the level described in Chapter 18, §4.14.1 and
§4.18 of the Albemarle County Code. There is very little noise in our production.
• VIBRATION: Our operations will create no vibrations as described in Chapter 18, §4.14.2 of the
Albemarle County Code. Nothing in our production moves in such a way as to cause vibration.
• GLARE: Our operations will create no glare as described in Chapter 18, §4.14.3 of the Albemarle
County Code. The only light generated in our space will be from standard light fixtures.
• HEAT: Our operations will not create or discharge heat in excess of the limits described in
Chapter 18, §4.14.3 of the Albemarle County Code.
• ELECTRICAL DISTURBANCES: Our operations will create no electrical disturbance as described in
Chapter 18, §4.14.4 of the Albemarle County Code.
