I represent North Garden, LLC, concerning the acquisition of the above -
referenced property which is located in the Albemarle County. The property is operated
as a gas station and convenience store.
I am in need of a zoning letter from the County stating the current zoning of the
property and further confirming that the use of the property as a gas station and
convenience store is a permitted use of said zoning classification and that there are no
known zoning violations.
Enclosed is a Zoning Clearance Application and check in the amount of $54.00 to
cover the cost of this request. Please note I have applied for a copy of the Department of
Heath approval of the Septic System and will email that to you as soon as I receive it. I
have a closing scheduled for the end of the month and anything that you can do to hasten
