The property is operated as a gas station and convenience store. I am in need of a zoning letter from the County stating the current zoning of the property and further confirming that the use of the property as a gas station and convenience store is a permitted use of said zoning classification and that there are no known zoning violations. Enclosed is a Zoning Clearance Application and check in the amount of $54.00 to cover the cost of this request.
