Planning Division- Paty Saternve 19. [32.5.2(k) & 32.6.2(e)] Submit an easement and a deed of easement and plat for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement for review. County Attorney's approval will be required prior to approval of the Major Site Plan Amendment. Rev. 3: Comment not yet fully addressed. Submit an easement Plat and a deed of easement for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement for review. County Attorney's approval will be required prior to approval of the Major Site Plan Amendment. Rev. 4: Comment not yet fully addressed. An easement plat was submitted, but administratively denied. Address the items specified in the denial letter and then submit a new easement plat. Ensure the deed of easement for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement is also submitted with the plat for review. County Attorney's approval will be required prior to approval of the Major Site Plan Amendment. The easement plat for the relocated 20' Public Drainage Easement must be approved, recorded, and the recordation receipt provided to the planning reviewer prior to approval of the site plan. Rev. 5: Comments not vet fully addressed. Revise the labels for the proposed drainage easement on sheets C-202 and C-203 to state "New" instead of "Relocated". Since the existing easement is no longer being "Vacated" the proposed easement is just being added, it is not relocated. ✓ C-202 & C-203: COMMENT ADDRESSED. 33. [32.7.9 & 32.6.2(j)] Revise the landscape plan to meet all requirements of section 32.7.9. Address the following comments: Rev. 3: Comment not yet fully addressed. Address the following: b. Rev. 4: [New Comment] Revise the street tree calculation on the site plan to match the currently provided number of street trees. This calculation has not been revised to what is currently proposed. Rev. 5: Comments not vet fully addressed. Revise the "Trees Provided" line in the Street tree calculation to state "14 (13 T-2 and 1 T-6). ✓ C-203: COMMENT ADDRESSED. Department of Transportation - Adam J. Moore Land Use 1. Please show mill and overlay on plans in accordance with WP-2. Also please add the detail to the plans. Page 1 ✓ C-205: DETAIL PROVIDED. 2. The mill and overlay will require work to the centerline, so flagging operations will be necessary. Please provide MOT plan in Accordance with Virginia Work Area Protection Manual. ✓ C-401: MOT PLAN PROVIDED. 3. Please provide post -development drainage calculations, were no provided in plan set? ✓ C-301: ADDITIONAL SHEET HAS BEEN ADDED WITH INLET CALCULATIONS, PIPE CALCULATIONS AND SEWER PROFILES. 4. Note that the final site plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices B (1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations or other requirements. ✓ COMMENT NOTED. ACSA — Richard Nelson • Existing sewer manhole A is 11.6' deep. • The cone section of the sewer manhole will need to be raised by a new barrel section, if the manhole is being raised by more than 1 foot. ✓ C-204: RIM TO BE RAISED 2.6'; NOTE ADJUSTED ON PROFILE TO INDICATE CONE SECTION ADJUSTMENT. • Can the access gate to the SWM Facility be placed over the main? ✓ C-202: ACCESS GATE MOVED TO BE OVER THE MAIN. • Provide fixture counts for the proposed and existing buildings. This will be used to confirm if the existing water meter is adequately sized. ✓ 3/C-204: PLUMBING FIXTURE COUNTS ARE PROVIDED. Please let me know if you need additional information.
